JarmanSmith PLLC is now Archway Accounting
Donna Smith is beginning her next adventure. At the end of 2023, Greg Archambault of Archway Accounting acquired JarmanSmith PLLC which means the start of 2024 will bring a new face for clients. She’s not leaving just yet though. Donna is excited to be sticking around for a few years in an advisory role to ensure a smooth transition of services.
“Finding the right successor was important to me because I have formed a close connection with clients. After meeting with many prospective buyers throughout 2023 and several meetings with Greg, I’m confident Archway Accounting is the best fit,” says Donna.
With over a decade of experience in tax, auditing, and financial consulting, Greg is excited to bring a fresh vision to the company. With an eye towards the future, Archway Accounting will utilize technology to deliver deeper value to clients.
“Donna has built something really remarkable here. I’m impressed with the deep relationships she has with her clients, some of them spanning decades. I’m excited to see where the Archway Team can take it next and I’m deeply grateful to Donna for her assistance during this transition,” says Mr. Archambault about the acquisition.
Two JarmanSmith PLLC employees, Patrick and Emily, are joining Archway Accounting and looking forward to continuing providing services as well.
